Our Florida office has full-time techs on staff, who are factory-trained across the spectrum of foodservice equipment. We use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to get answers fast, when you need them most.
Our techs can travel as needed to provide service and maintenance on-site.
We also have a dedicated workshop to accommodate repair requests. And we have direct access to manufacturers for quick fulfillment of parts orders.
Our Grand Cayman service department features a service manager, support staff and 7 factory-trained techs.
Every tech has their own fully-equipped service vehicle, to ensure that everything a job needs is right in hand. Our techs can also travel off-island when needed to provide service wherever you are.
Island Supply offers warranty assurance that is unmatched throughout the Caribbean:
- 1-year parts & labor warranty within Grand Cayman
- 1-year parts warranty everywhere else in the Caribbean
- Products from select manufacturers may qualify for additional labor warranty coverage outside Cayman
