Sushi creations from Chef Ronald DeLa Torre are the star attraction at this all-new dining option in the Westin Grand Cayman Resort & Spa. But alongside the Caribbean-inspired sushi and seafood menu, diners can also indulge in a selection of exquisite, expertly-crafted beverages. In designing and building the space, Island Supply provided the ideal equipment choices and layout to allow both types of preparation and service seamlessly, while creating an elegant and appealing area for customers. The finished product, featuring a custom Yoshimasa sushi display case, is as unique and exciting as the cuisine.
